These Terms of Service govern your use of the SHARPENETH online store and any purchase you make from it. By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you.

 

Products

 

Our apparel is printed on demand. Product photographs and mockups are representative. Actual print placement, garment shade and fit may vary slightly between items and between production runs, and colours may appear differently on different screens. Sizing information is provided on each product page and we encourage you to review it before ordering.

 

Pricing and availability

 

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

 

Orders and payment

 

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout and processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

 

Returns, refunds and shipping

 

Our return and refund policy and our shipping policy form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.

 

Intellectual property

 

All designs, artwork, wordmarks, photographs and written content on this store are the property of SHARPENETH and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit false or misleading information.

 

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

 

The store and its products are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHARPENETH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or its products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

 

Governing law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
